LACC 2025 Rentals fees---Coldwell Banker Property Management will now be collecting LACC fees from renters. In the past this had been a separate transaction that you had to make. We now have been asked to include them in your rental contract payment. The fees set by LACC for 2025 are $40 per rental night and $125 per week for each CF number. If you will be bringing a boat or any vessel, we need to know at least 60 days prior to your arrival so we can assure fees are paid and your arrival documents are ready for you upon arrival.
