LACC 2025 Rentals fees---Coldwell Banker Property Management will now be collecting LACC fees from renters. In the past this had been a separate transaction that you had to make. We now have been asked to include them in your rental contract payment. The fees set by LACC for 2025 are $40 per rental night and $125 per week for each CF number.
